Terms and Conditions

This agreement contains the Terms and Conditions of
becoming a Car Club Discount member.

IMPORTANT NOTICE – Do not use this account before you read this agreement

1. Member understands that Car Club Discount is not an insurance
company or program.

2. Car Club Discount provides savings to its members on services through
a number of sources. The current list of benefits may be modified through
additions or deletions.

3. Payments for the Car Club Discount Program are due in advance. If you
choose to cancel your program, it is your responsibility to make sure that you
call in to our toll free number, email us at membershipserviceemail@yahoo.com

4. Car Club Discount reserves the right to terminate any enrollment or
deny eligibility in the program for lack of payment to Car Club Discount.
Returned checks, insufficient notices on bank drafts or denial by the member’s
credit card company for payment of the membership fee is deemed to be
evidence of nonpayment by a member. There will be a $10.00 charge to be
reinstated in the program after such denial. If reinstatement for
nonpayment happens more than once, a $20.00 reinstatement fee will apply.

5. In the event of any dispute, member agrees to resolve said dispute solely by
binding arbitration that shall be governed by the laws of the state of Florida and
enforceable in Hillsborough County.

6. Membership cancelled within the free look period can be refunded by
contacting Car Club Discount customer service, at 1 (866) 368-0203.
Refunds will be processed approximately 5 business days after cancellation.*

Member Agreement:
By your verbal agreement to the enrollment, Member expresses desire to become
a member of Car Club Discount. Member acknowledges that the discount
plans ARE NOT INSURANCE. Membership fees may change for all members, but
not individually, with notification.

Refund Policy and Billing:
*REFUND POLICY: If you cancel for any reason within the first thirty (30) days of
membership, you will receive a full refund of the first month
membership fee.

The Terms and Conditions of this program may be modified and services and
benefitsmay be added or deleted at any time without notice and will be posted
on www.carclubdiscount.com.
